I cannot get online or access any Webpages

First check to make sure that your DSL modem has the following lights lit up or flashing.

Power and LAN lights should be green along with the ADSL Light.

If your ADSL Light is not lit up, flashing or showing a solid green light, power cycle your DSL modem. This can be done by shutting the power off to the modem using the switch on the back of the modem, or pulling the black power cord out of the modem and putting it back in.

If power cycling the DSL modem, computer, and any other device such as a router does not solve the issue. Please contact an OnlyInternet.Net DSL Technician at

What Equipment is needed to get DSL?

A DSL modem will be installed by one of our Technicians or mailed directly to you ready to install. Included with the equipment are setup instructions and all required cables. To use the DSL you need to have a network card installed and working at the time of the DSL install.

Will my E-mail address still be the same?

If you are a current customer, you will keep your existing e-mail address. If you are a new customer, a new address will be created for you.
